We supported Jabra on the design of the Evolve2 85 office headset. The Evolve2 85 is a premium, office certified over the ear headset for the professional workplace. A contemporary and relaxed design expression with discrete hidden boom‐arm supports hybrid work life enabling seamless transition from office to on-the-go.
A new family
A portfolio of new office headset products for the new Evolve2 range was created in tandem. We helped the Jabra design team in defining the design language assets for the range. We then worked on the Evolve2 85, creating a strong coherent family for the brand.
Moving mechanics
Managing the design of multiple moving mechanical parts, from the slider, hinged arms and cups to the seamless docking boom arm, became a key challenge for the Evolve2 85. Many iterations were developed and tested to deliver a robust and simple interaction experience.
